Workshop: Digital Marketing & Social Media

Targets: Girls Only

Duration: 6 hrs

Description: Students will participate in an experiential workshop and scavenger hunt designed to introduce careers in social & digital media. Workshop will include design of a social media campaign for a kids product, a session on Social Media Responsibility and interaction with digital advertising professionals. Students will search for live clues and compete for prizes on their “first day” as digital marketers.

Objective: Students will design and create a digital campaign, compete in a scavenger hunt for cool tech prizes and learn from local experts and special guest speakers.
